Having been on my own journey to improve my body confidence and fitness for many years it’s safe to say I know exactly what others are going through when they want to make a change, whether it’s to bulk up, lose weight or get toned. Through my CIMSPA accredited training and my own real life experience of training for many years, I can offer practical and theoretical knowledge to help you achieve your goals effectively, efficiently, and most of all, safely.

Group Training

Training at home or outside with 3 or more people, exercising as a team

Boxing Padwork

High-intensity 30-minute session working your cardio, strength, power, and speed

Pay as you go (PAYG) - £20

based at PureGym Southend, home visits to surrounding area are available subject to availability and additional costs

*Additional Information
High intensity for the body and mind, working your cardio, strength, power and speed. These sessions will teach you the main punches and moves of boxing and so also teach self defence. Padwork is a great alternative to traditional cardio and tests your body like nothing else.
 
Sessions can be booked in blocks or on an Ad Hoc basis
 
For beginners to intermediate level, for people looking to learn the basics of boxing and self defence whilst also improving their general fitness and cardio.

These sessions are not suitable for advanced boxers or those looking to train for fighting.
You will need to bring your own hand wraps, boxing gloves are supplied but please feel free to bring your own if you wish

  • Weekly planner to encourage consistency, a food guide and a welcome pack offering tips and information for leading a healthier and happier life
  • Individually bookable 15 minute calls to discuss diet, exercise or general health and wellbeing (subject to availability)
  • Monthly team check-ins via Zoom or Teams lasting 30 minutes to discuss questions, problems or ideas, helping to build a team who support each other and have a common goal
  • Continuous contact via email for any questions (responses can take up to 48 hours)
  • WELFiT also has social media pages on Instagram and Facebook which offer further information and advice, as well as exercise demo’s

FACE TO FACE MEETINGS

  • Subject to availability and area, we also offer site visits.

  • These will be charged per one hour, either for group discussions/check ins, 6 x 10 minute 1-2-1 meetings, or managerial meetings.

  • We also offer site evaluations to provide suggestions on how to make changes to the workplace to encourage improved wellness, productivity and morale.

STRETCH CLASSES

  • 30 minute full body stretch classes based around staff’s busy schedules that are designed to ensure the whole body is stretched evenly and to encourage increases in muscle and joint range of motion
  • Without the need to get hot and sweaty in the middle of the working day stretching is a great way to increase physical activity, relieve pain, reduce stress and increase morale for all fitness levels
  • Stretch classes can be delivered on site (area dependant and subject to availability) or remotely via Zoom or Teams
