I have been helping people unlock their best selves since 2021. I have helped hundreds of people all with different circumstances and different goals, as well as varying abilities and limitations. This has allowed me to develop a wide range of skills and wide ranging knowledge on how to help all kinds of people with all kinds of goals.

PunchFit Group Padwork Class

1 hour Boxercise style group padwork class

Delivered at PureGym Southend

A fun & friendly group session that will get the heart racing, burn some serious calories and teach you the basics of boxing. Combined with HIIT exercises and fun individual and team finishers

£7 per class

delivered at PureGym Southend

Boxing Padwork

High-intensity 30-minute session working your cardio, strength, power, and speed

Pay as you go (PAYG) - £20

based at PureGym Southend, home visits to surrounding area are available subject to availability and additional costs

*Additional Information
High intensity for the body and mind, working your cardio, strength, power and speed. These sessions will teach you the main punches and moves of boxing and so also teach self defence. Padwork is a great alternative to traditional cardio and tests your body like nothing else.
 
Sessions can be booked in blocks or on an Ad Hoc basis
 
For beginners to intermediate level, for people looking to learn the basics of boxing and self defence whilst also improving their general fitness and cardio.

These sessions are not suitable for advanced boxers or those looking to train for fighting.
You will need to bring your own hand wraps, boxing gloves are supplied but please feel free to bring your own if you wish

A combination of in person sessions and online programming, perfect if you want the best of both in person training and online coaching.

Work with David in person if you are in the Southend area and also receive online programming through an industry leading app for you to complete your own solo sessions to compliment your main in-person sessions.

Online

If you are confident training on your own without the company of your coach in person, but still want the guidance, support and accountability to ensure you reach your goals, then online coaching is perfect for you.

Cheaper than in-person and hybrid training, receive programming through an industry leading and engaging app tailored specifically to your needs, abilities and goals. Enter body measurements, weight and progress photos all within the app and receive access to 24/7 in app messaging with your coach, David.
