My goal is to get people moving well and lifting strong. The gym and weightlifting are an amazing way to improve your physical and mental health, and unlock the door to achieving whatever your health and fitness goals are, a strong body that moves well is the foundation to living a healthy life. But unfortunately the gym is a very intimidating place to a lot of people, so my mission is to help gym novices get into the gym and conquer it!
I have helped 100’s of gym newbies with little or no prior experience in the gym become gym LEGENDS, who are now smashing their health, fitness and strength goals and have completely transformed their physical and mental health as well as their confidence, in the gym and in life. If you want help conquering the gym and becoming a gym legend, I offer in person training in the Southend-on-Sea area or I can work with you online through a class leading coaching app no matter where you are!”
